Job Summary: Join the Global Corporate Issues & Media Relations (GCIMR) team at Amazon in a temporary role that plays a crucial part in a dynamic media strategy team. The GCIMR team oversees corporate issues and reactive media relations, offering strategic PR guidance on emerging challenges that could affect Amazon's operations, brand, or reputation. As a key member of this team, you will engage with the news media daily, act as an on-the-record spokesperson, and proactively identify potential issues for senior leaders at Amazon. Responsibilities: Route media inquiries to appropriate subject matter experts Manage team data efficiently Track relevant metrics associated with media relations Skills: Strong organizational abilities Experience thriving in a fast-paced work... environment Ability to Think Big and anticipate future needs Proficiency in streamlining processes Versatility to adapt and contribute across various tasks Qualifications: Four-year college degree Preferred 1-2 years' experience in the communications industry Proficiency in data analysis This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-energy team at the forefront of managing corporate issues and media relations for one of the world's leading companies.
