ServiceNow ITSM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ad ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to join our offshore team in India to support our client project. THE ROLE : Being a Business Process Advisor is an opportunity to transform visions into tangible realities by guiding our clients through crucial digital transformation projects. In this role, you will be at the heart of innovation, presenting cutting-edge ITSM solutions, writing user stories, and collaborating with dynamic teams to estimate and realize developments. Mode of Employment : Contract Duration of the Contract : 6 Months RESPONSIBILITIES • Presenting ITSM processes and solutions and managing ServiceNow assets (CMDB) to clients. • Writing and managing user stories to represent client needs. • Assisting clients in prioritizing stories and developing acceptance criteria. • Collaborating with the project team to estimate development efforts. • Participating in the project team's scrums. • Training key users (i.e., train the... trainer). QUALIFICATIONS • Experience as a business analyst or business process advisor (5 years or more) in an IT environment. • Mastery of process analysis and workflow design in a user context. • Good understanding of user needs. • Experienced in writing user stories and documenting development efforts. • Excellent oral and written communication. • Analytical and detail-oriented, customer satisfaction and problem-solving oriented. • Demonstrates leadership, capable of guiding clients and contributing to multiple projects simultaneously. • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices (asset). EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS • University degree in information technology or equivalent. • CSA and CIS-ITSM certification. Any other certification will be considered an asset. • ITIL V3 or V4 certification Apply Job!
