Appointment Setter (Remote) Bilingual

An Appointment Setter Specialist plays a crucial role in business development and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities within a company, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company. Must stay focused and meet weekly goals in closing new business. Spanish Bilingual Preferred, Contract Position for the first six months, Pay Rate $7.50-10 per hour plus Commission and Bonus • Prospect and Customer Interaction: •

• Outbound Calls to offer services and products as well as fact finding getting feedback from prospect. Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.

• Contact prospect over the phone, or via email. • Provide product information and assistance to prospect. • Sales Support: •

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.

• Maintain and update prospect databases and records. • Monitor and manage inventory levels as needed. • Professional Networking Required via Linked In • Meet Outbound call goals • Experience with Social Media Marketing and Content Creation on Facebook, Linked In and Instagram. • Prospect & Customer Relationship Management: •

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues or concerns. • Assist in managing customer feedback and reviews. • Product Knowledge: •

• Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

• Train and educate new sales team members on product details. • Reporting: •

• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for the sales team and management weekly.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree Required in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration preferred but not required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales software/tools, excel • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Customer-focused with a positive attitude. • Sales or customer service experience with a minimum of 2 year’s outbound calls experience • Building relationships with potential clients • Good phone etiquette and appointment setter skills Remember that networking and marketing calls is not just about making connections but also about nurturing and leveraging those connections over time.
