Position: Entry-Level IT Specialist Location: Greensboro, NC Terms: Short Term (2 week) Contract Pay Rate: $17-18/hr Job description: Arrive onsite at appointed time Site Lead Check-in with the onsite POC Locate equipment and determine your work area (POC will let us know) Taking inventory of equipment (new and old) Capturing Serial #s Unboxing new equipment and disposing of trash in designated areas Assisting end users with login and setup of desktop environment Outlook signatures One Drive Sync Browser favorites M365 application functionality Application verification Verifying print options Network and/or local (not everyone will have local) Take directions from onsite lead or FTE (full time employee) Reporting hours worked in real time Check in when you arrive Check out before you leave (lead will release) Escalate any issue immediately to your site lead Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Good communication and reading skills Ability to follow instructions Technical aptitude/familiarity no necessary experience needed Apply Job!
