Responsibilities • Provide real-time support to customers through live chat. • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues. • Document interactions and maintain accurate records. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service quality. • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Prior customer service experience preferred. • Proficiency in typing and familiarity with chat software. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Educational Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus but not mandatory.
