This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in airline operations, particularly in Passenger Support Systems (PSS), award pricing, and booking & ticketing systems. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage airline operations projects, with a focus on Passenger Support Systems (PSS). • Oversee and optimize award pricing strategies, leveraging ITA software. • Provide expert guidance on Sabre booking and ticketing systems, ensuring efficient and accurate processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders, particularly within Alaska Airlines, to ensure successful project outcomes. • Essential Requirements: • 10-15+ years of experience as an SME in airline operations, with a focus on PSS programs. • Proven expertise in award pricing, ITA software, and Sabre booking & ticketing systems. • In-depth experience working with Alaska Airlines or similar carriers. • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
