Tobler Law is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Live Chat Representative to enhance our client communication experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance, providing them with accurate information and support through our live chat platform. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and... guiding clients through our services, all while upholding the firm’s standards of professionalism and empathy. Responsibilities • Engage with clients via live chat to provide prompt responses to questions and concerns. • Assist clients in navigating the firm’s website and available legal services. • Gather essential information from clients to facilitate effective consultations. • Document client interactions clearly and efficiently in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless client service and follow-up. • Stay updated on our services and legal processes to provide accurate information. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service is preferred. • Strong written communication skills and an ability to convey information clearly and professionally. • Familiarity with live chat systems and customer relationship management software. • Empathetic approach to client interactions with a genuine desire to assist. • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service standards. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
