Maintain a thorough understanding of CVS Health products and services, and effectively communicate them to customers. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare policies to effectively support customers. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting the CVS Health mission and values.
