Responsibilities • Choose Your Assignments: Use our educator portal to select the teaching jobs that suit your certification and interests. • Inspire Creativity: Foster an engaging and dynamic virtual learning environment that excites students. • Engage and Support Students: Develop strategies to enhance student learning and build meaningful relationships. • Plan and Execute Lessons: Create lesson plans that are aligned with the class curriculum and tailored to your students’ needs. • Monitor Progress: Keep track of student grades and performance to ensure academic success. Requirements • Authorization to work in the United States with an active, state-issued public teaching certification in the relevant subject area. • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. • Willingness to participate in a Virtual Skills Teaching Demonstration and complete a background check as part of the application process. • A reliable setup including a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and internet access. • Prior online teaching experience is a plus but not required!
