Apply best practices across various platforms and devices, contributing to a cohesive design system. ? Mentor and provide feedback with humor, grace, and empathy to teammates and cross-functional partners. Skills ? 5 years of digital product design experience for iOS, Android, and web platforms. ? Well-designed portfolio showcasing excellence in visual design, interaction design, prototyping, motion design, micro animations, and product thinking. ? Track record of designing products meeting or exceeding industry accessibility guidelines. ? Experience leading a user-centered design process from end-to-end. ? Proficient in Figma, Origami, After Effects, and other design tools for creating concepts, prototypes, assets, and specifications. ? Strong product sense with an ability to build products the market needs. ? Passion for sports, coupled with deep industry knowledge. ? Strong analytical background, leveraging data to drive business decisions. ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy. ?
