Job Type: Full Time Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST... Salary: $24.00 Benefits: Available after 60 Days for Full-Time Employees Essential Duties and Responsibilities Convert existing PowerPoint presentations and PDFs into interactive and visually appealing e-learning courses in Articulate Rise. Design, develop, and deliver training modules using Articulate Rise, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and best practices in e-learning design. Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, videos, quizzes, and simulations, to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention. Apply adult learning principles and pedagogical strategies to create effective learning experiences. Design assessments and knowledge checks to measure learning outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of training modules. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather training content, objectives, and requirements. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy of training materials, adhering to the company’s learning and development vision. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in e-learning design and e-learning technologies. Manage multiple projects and adhere to project timelines and deadlines. Assist with LMS Management as needed Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the e-learning field. Proven experience in e-learning design, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-learning modules created using Articulate Rise. Proficiency in using Articulate Rise and other e-learning authoring tools. Familiarity with adult learning theory, instructional design models, and learning management systems (LMS). Ability to transform complex concepts into clear and engaging learning materials. Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience working collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements. Knowledge of PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
