  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general support requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Keep up-to-date with Apple products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping people.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Familiarity with Apple products and services is a plus but not required.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
