Contract Technical Recruiter (AI Focus)
We are seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support a rapidly growing organization focused on AI and emerging technologies. This is a fully remote opportunity for a recruiter with a strong background in sourcing, engaging, and hiring highly specialized technical talent. The ideal candidate will have proven experience recruiting within the AI space and be comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Position: 2–3 Month Contract (Potential Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for highly technical AI and engineering roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and interview top-tier technical talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Drive an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, pipeline status, and market trends.
Target Hiring Experience Candidates must have experience recruiting for several of the following roles:
- Agentic Engineers
- Data Engineers
- Prompt Engineers
- Data Scientists
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- Prior experience recruiting within AI, machine learning, or data-driven organizations is required.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations is preferred.
