Remote Lead Management & Admissions Support (Part-Time)

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to manage and follow up with prospective student leads. This is not a sales role — it is a process-driven, follow-up-intensive position. A core part of this role is consistent communication over time:

• Following up with leads across days, weeks, and months
• Ensuring no prospective student is lost due to lack of follow-up
• Maintaining a structured and organized lead pipeline at all times

This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track all inbound leads in a structured and organized manner
• Conduct consistent follow-up with prospective students over time via telephone, email and Whatsapp
• Respond promptly and professionally via email and messaging platforms
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications
• Ensure no leads are missed or left without follow-up
• Guide prospective students through early-stage program questions
• Work within a CRM system (HubSpot or similar)

Profile & Skills Required This role is highly organization-driven. Strong structure and follow-up discipline are essential.

• Fluent English required (written and spoken — this will be assessed)
• Exceptional organizational skills (most important requirement)
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
• Strong written communication — clear, professional, structured
• High level of reliability and consistency
• Ability to follow processes and maintain organization over time
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
