Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to: Pricing, Packaging & Licensing Strategy Provide insights into enterprise software pricing models, packaging strategies, licensing structures, and monetisation frameworks Evaluate how vendors structure commercial offers across digital workspace, endpoint management, infrastructure, and enterprise software categories Discuss customer purchasing behaviour, discounting practices, contract structures, and negotiation dynamics Contribute expert judgment on how pricing and packaging choices affect adoption, renewals, expansion, and competitive positioning Renewals, Revenue & Commercial Model Evaluation Share perspectives on renewals strategy, account expansion, revenue optimisation, and enterprise agreement structures Evaluate commercial models used across large enterprise technology markets Assess how organisations compare vendors, justify spend, structure renewals, and negotiate contract terms Provide structured insight into enterprise buying processes, procurement expectations, and stakeholder decision-making Channel, Partner & Ecosystem Analysis Explain channel, distribution, reseller, systems integrator, and partner ecosystem economics Review go-to-market strategies involving direct sales, channel partners, value-added resellers, software distributors, and enterprise account teams Evaluate how partner incentives, discounting practices, and ecosystem structures influence commercial outcomes Support analysis of competitive positioning and commercial trends across enterprise software categories Digital Workspace & EUC Market Insight Contribute subject matter expertise across digital workspace, end-user computing, endpoint management, infrastructure software, and enterprise IT markets Evaluate how large organisations purchase and deploy workplace technology, endpoint tools, productivity platforms, and infrastructure solutions Provide practical insight into vendor positioning, buyer priorities, procurement behaviour, and enterprise adoption patterns Help ensure commercial assessments reflect real-world enterprise technology buying dynamics Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have: 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise software pricing, commercial strategy, revenue strategy, licensing, deal desk, partner strategy, procurement, or digital workspace markets Recent exposure to enterprise software commercial models, customer agreements, pricing structures, renewals, and licensing programs Strong understanding of pricing, licensing, renewals, channel economics, partner ecosystems, and enterprise buying behaviour Experience with large enterprise customers is strongly preferred Ability to discuss real-world commercial practices, negotiation dynamics, market trends, and enterprise procurement behaviour clearly Strong written communication skills and comfort documenting commercial insights in a remote, project-based environment Current location in the United States Educational Background A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field is helpful MBA, advanced business training, or equivalent enterprise technology experience is especially relevant Equivalent professional experience in commercial strategy, pricing, revenue strategy, enterprise software, procurement, or channel strategy is also highly relevant Nice to Have Experience in pricing strategy, commercial strategy, revenue operations, deal desk, licensing and monetisation, channel management, partner management, enterprise procurement, or digital workplace leadership Background at enterprise software vendors, cloud and infrastructure providers, endpoint management companies, digital workplace companies, systems integrators, value-added resellers, software distributors, or large enterprise IT organisations Experience negotiating or supporting large enterprise agreements, renewals, expansions, or multi-year software contracts Familiarity with digital workspace, end-user computing, endpoint management, infrastructure software, SaaS licensing, seat-based pricing, usage-based pricing, or enterprise packaging models Experience analysing competitive positioning, go-to-market strategy, market trends, and commercial differentiation across enterprise software categories Why This
