About This Project: AuraMog is an app (on Android and iOS) based on the meme of having or losing "Aura", a word associated with how much presence you have, how cool you look, and your overall vibe. "Mogging" is to outclass someone in looks, expression, or the context of a situation. Putting these together, we built AuraMog. The app scans your "Aura Points." You take a picture of someone or something, the AI processes it, and it gives you the brutal or hyped-up reasons for why they got the results they did. We also have a "Squad Mode" where you can see who in a group mogs who, complete with detailed breakdowns. The app features a fun roast mode and glow-up tips. What You Will Be Doing: Filming short, viral-style POV videos in public using our app. Who We Are Looking For: This role is for someone who has conquered social anxiety, a person who is not afraid to approach random people, makes strangers feel comfortable, and genuinely has fun interacting with the public. You will be tasked with creating short-form content (Reels/TikToks/Shorts) based on instructions for that week's batch of videos. This could involve:

• Approaching strangers, asking for consent to film a quick video, scanning their aura, and capturing their raw reactions to the results.
• Playing a funny, unhinged character while scanning people's auras.
• Note: You never have to show your own face on camera.

We will guide you along the way and provide as much detail as possible. Requirements:

• One device (preferably an iPhone) with our app loaded on the screen in one hand.
• A second device to record with the other hand, OR Meta Ray-Bans (or any similar recording wearable fit for social interactions).
• The ability to be unhinged, respectful, unfiltered, witty, and funny all at the same time (unless the situation calls for a different vibe).
• Experience doing impressions or playing characters in front of people.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience creating content with random people in public.
• An understanding of visual hooks and the "curiosity gap" - knowing exactly what makes people stop scrolling.
• Creativity! If you have a killer idea for a video, we want you to share it with us.
• The ability to improvise and switch game plans if the moment is right (this gets easier with practice).
• An understanding of how short-form algorithms work, and why retention in the first 0.5 to 1 second is so critical.
• Experience in acting

Rules:

• Do not break any laws, and do not film where you are not supposed to.
• You can quit at any time.
• You MUST have everyone's consent to be recorded. You can ask before the main content is filmed or immediately after, whichever feels more natural. (This consent footage will not be posted publicly; it is strictly for our internal records).
• If someone does not consent to being filmed, do not film them. If they have good vibes, just kindly ask them to check out the app!
• If you think an encounter is awkward or a video isn't going perfectly, do not delete it. Awkward encounters often make the best viral content.

Proposed Workflow:

• Pick a day of the week to go out hunting for content in a lively public area.
• Based on the week's task, dedicate as much time as you need to capture 7 to 14 short, high-quality social interactions.
• Once the batch is done, drop the raw videos into a Google Drive link (or whatever method is easiest for you).
• We will handle the posting and keep you updated on the metrics!

Compensation: We offer a massive, uncapped 30% revenue share. We will try to post your videos daily or every other day. From the exact moment your video goes live, 30% of all app revenue generated in the following 48 hours goes directly to you.
