  • Design intuitive and inclusive interfaces that prioritize accessibility and usability.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
  • Transform complex requirements into clear, elegant user journeys that support diverse audiences.

Working Cross-Functionally

  • Partner with product managers, developers, and content strategists to align design goals with business objectives
  • Contribute to sprint planning, design critiques, and agile workflows
  • Promote principles that enhance usability, ensure accessibility, and optimize responsiveness

Iterating with Empathy

  • Listen to feedback from users and team members with an open, collaborative mindset.
  • Evolve design elements to reflect the ever-changing needs of users and market trends.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications Required Experience & Skills
