[Remote] Client Account Manager (Immediate start)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sail Away Media is a TikTok Partner Agency specializing in digital marketing strategies. They are seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign launches and exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 8-10 client accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication
- Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into our systems and processes
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard
- Participate in client strategy calls alongside our Strategy Lead and Marketing Director
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly client reporting
- Identify growth opportunities and strategic recommendations for clients
- Ensure client requests are addressed promptly and accurately
- Monitor project timelines and maintain momentum across accounts
- Collaborate daily with team members via Slack, Asana, Zoom, and Google Drive
Skills
- 2+ years of Account Management experience in digital marketing
- Experience working remotely within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Comfortable discussing campaign performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Experience with TikTok Shop is considered a significant asset
