Key Responsibilities

Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and administrators through video conferencing and digital platforms. Keep accurate digital records and documentation to monitor student progress and ensure compliance with educational standards. Required Skills Proficient digital literacy and comfort with various educational technology tools. Exceptional virtual communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting. Demonstrated patience, creativity, and flexibility in an online teaching context.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field. Valid teaching license in Washington with a Special Education endorsement. Experience in online or distance learning environments.
