[Remote] Lead Install Tech / Millwright

They are seeking a Lead Installation Technician/Millwright to properly install various industrial equipment while traveling throughout the United States. This leadership position involves mechanical assembly, installation, and ensuring project completion while maintaining communication with customers and team members.
Responsibilities
- Properly install liquid, powder coating and sand blasting equipment, conveyor, robots, racking systems, dust collectors, etc. used in the industrial and automotive manufacturing facilities throughout the United States
- Mechanical assembly
- Rigging
- Welding
- Equipment operating
- Layout
- Application equipment assembly
- Robot installation
- Conveyor installation
- Print reading
- Operating hand tools and industrial lifting/handling equipment
- Responsible for the timely completion of each project
- Communication with the customer
- Holding other team members to the Pinnacle standard
- Active participation in the installation process
Skills
- Highly proficient mechanical abilities
- Strong Leadership Qualities
- Represent Pinnacle Installations in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff, and the general public
- Valid driver license
- Travel in the continental United States, up to 80%
- Requires a pre-employment background check and drug test
