[Remote] Finance Registration Analyst

The Finance Registration Analyst will be part of the Revenue Cycle Operations department, responsible for managing financial registration for client implementations within Worknovaq Health’s PBM business, requiring attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Research data and find process efficiencies
  • Delve into various requests and provide analysis of client setup
  • Work individually, as part of a team, and across departments to deliver on key enterprise initiatives
  • Assist team members with client requests and ensure they are processed accurately and completed in a timely manner
  • Work with clients and internal business partners on requests and/or issues related to clients' financial setup
  • Interpret client contracts and translate it into an executed operational process
  • Implement new client setups and any client pricing changes within the financial system
  • Create and maintain audit documentation

Skills

  • 0-2 years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • 0-2 years of experience in a client facing role
  • Experience within Healthcare or PBM industry
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a Finance and/or Operations role
