[Remote] Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aderant is a global industry leading software company providing comprehensive business management solutions for law firms and other professional services organizations. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple small to mid-size projects simultaneously and coordinating with all levels of staff and stakeholders across firms to implement innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning and implementation of the project
• Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Defining project tasks and resource requirements
• Developing project plans
• Assembling and coordinating project staff
• Managing project budget
• Managing project resource allocation
• Planning and scheduling project timelines
• Tracking project deliverables using the appropriate CRM and Professional Services Automation tools on a daily basis
• Providing direction and support to the project team
• Monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Presenting reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
• Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project goals
• Evaluating projects and assessing results

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years experience leading complex software implementations for the full project life cycle
• A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment
• Project Team management experience
• Excellent client facing skills
• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project and Professional Services Automation tools
