[Remote] Administrative Assistant (Remote)

They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis while collaborating with leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities
- Perform variance analysis and provide commentary on financial results
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking metrics for leadership
- Analyze financial and operational trends to identify risks and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain financial models supporting strategic initiatives and business decisions
- Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure financial data accuracy
- Assist with month-end reporting and financial performance reviews
- Support ad hoc analysis, business cases, and special finance projects
- Present financial insights and recommendations to management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a related role
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
- Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting software, or BI tools
- Knowledge of financial modeling and dashboard creation
- Experience supporting strategic planning initiatives
