- *Responsibilities – Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat – Resolve customer issues and complaints with effective solutions – Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times – Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions – Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies – Work closely with other team members to provide consistent and coordinated service – Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service quality and efficiency
