[Remote] Systems Engineer-SR

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TPI Global Solutions is a company seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to contribute to the development and execution of automation test scripts. The role involves identifying and tracking defects, providing leadership to the team, and enhancing security processes within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Write automation test scripts using an object-oriented Ruby Cucumber/Cypress framework for multiple applications like web based, web services and database
• Contribute to extending the existing framework
• Execute tests as needed throughout projects, analyze and report test results
• Identify and track defects through their lifecycle
• Utilize defect management and organization skills, provide progress and metrics on test execution and defects to project team
• Provide leadership while contributing to team and company objectives
• Follow team and company standards and contribute to refine and improve process and procedure, while defining and maintaining test data

Skills

• Write automation test scripts using an object-oriented Ruby Cucumber/Cypress framework for multiple applications like web based, web services and database

• Minimum of 5 years experience in API testing
• Experience working in Jira and Confluence is a must
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Computer Science
• CISSP Certification
• 6+ years experience in Information Security with one or more of the following Information Security technologies: SIEM, DLP, Firewall, IDS/IPS, Web Proxy, WAF, Network access control, Privileged identity management, Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware, Incident Response/Digital Forensics, Vulnerability/Threat Management, Identity Access Management platforms
