About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal to support a busy legal practice. This is a full-time, dedicated role based in the Philippines. The successful candidate will work directly with attorneys and staff, providing high-quality legal support across a range of tasks including medical record summarization, document preparation, and case management.

Key Responsibilities

Review, organize, and summarize medical records and related documentation Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings Assist attorneys with case preparation, research, and file management Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and third parties to gather information Track deadlines and manage calendars to ensure timely filing and follow-up Perform general administrative and paralegal support as required

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience Strong written and verbal English communication skills Experience with medical record review and summarization is highly preferred but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with legal document management and case management software Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience with Clio practice management software is a bonus but not required
