About you: You’re someone who enjoys the full sales journey — from finding the right opportunity to closing and building lasting relationships within the convenience store space. You’re proactive, organized and comfortable working with different people across a business. You like understanding how things work and explaining them in a simple way. You bring energy to what you do and take pride in delivering results. You’re confident working with senior stakeholders and enjoy being part of a team that supports each other and shares ideas. Day-to-day, you will:

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying and progressing new opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with prospects and customers to support long-term growth and success.
  • Run meetings and presentations with senior decision-makers, explaining solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Develop sales pipeline to 5x quota on a rolling quarterly basis.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to move deals forward and close new business.

The kind of skills and experience you'll need:

  • Proven ability to consistently build a sales pipeline and navigate complex client and account situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business, or equivalent sales experience
  • Proven experience of consistent over-quota achievement
  • Experience in SaaS and/or Technology Sales preferably in the convenience/retail industry.

The extra stuff that would be nice:

  • Experience selling consumer engagement or loyalty technologies.
  • Knowledge of the MEDDICC Sales Methodology
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, and other sales tools, such as Mindtickle, Gong, etc.
