We already have relationships with labs, but we’re missing you—a chemist who can do more than just follow a formula. We need someone who can Jump into early product ideation and help shape our vision Provide expert guidance on both coloured and non-coloured cosmetics Act as a bridge between creative direction and technical formulation Bring energy, insight, and innovation to the table This is not a one-off gig—we’re looking for someone we can build with over time. A long-term collaborator who loves bouncing around ideas and helping a founder make smart, meaningful product decisions.
