[Remote] Senior Program Manager – Enterprise M&A; Integration & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise M&A integration activities across technical domains
• Create integration readiness checklists across tooling, teams, and processes
• Standardize Jira and Confluence onboarding practices
• Establish governance with Strategy, Security, and IT stakeholders
• Drive executive-level reporting and risk visibility
• Define post-integration review and continuous improvement processes
• Ensure alignment of integration execution with business outcomes

Skills

• 5-7+ years in program management, transformation, or M integration
• Experience leading complex enterprise integrations
• Strong understanding of M lifecycle and integration challenges
• Experience building scalable operating models and frameworks
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
• Solid influencing and project management skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity
