💼 Responsibilities
- Lead Complex Medical Malpractice Matters – Manage a broad portfolio of sophisticated medical malpractice matters involving hospitals, physicians, healthcare systems, and catastrophic injury claims.
- Develop Case Strategy & Drive Outcomes – Formulate and execute litigation strategies across all phases of disputes, including pleadings, discovery, expert coordination, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
- Courtroom Advocacy & Dispute Resolution – Lead appearances in state and federal courts, mediations, and arbitrations, handling hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and strategic insight.
- Client Advisory & Relationship Management – Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers, insurers, and medical professionals, offering clear guidance on liability exposure, risk management, and litigation strategy
💰 Package
- Up to $200K Base
