Recognized as one of the fastest-growing franchise concepts for 2024, Send Me a Pro is expanding rapidly, and we re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help our franchisees thrive! Responsibilities:  Create personalized marketing plans for franchise owners based on their budgets, goals, and objectives.  Coordinate and execute marketing strategies, including:  Facebook and Google Ads  Direct mail campaigns  Local yard sign distribution  Grassroots marketing and business development plans  Provide training and guidance to franchisees on implementing marketing strategies effectively.  Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (email, SMS, etc.), with preference for experience using Go High Level.  Hold weekly calls with franchisees to review marketing performance, make recommendations, and adjust campaigns as needed.  Ensure marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and support overall business growth for franchisees. Qualifications:  Proven experience developing and managing marketing strategies (experience in home services is a plus).  Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and direct mail campaigns.  Experience with Go High Level CRM or similar platforms is preferred.  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to regularly interact with franchisees.  Strong organizational skills to manage multiple marketing plans at once.  Ability to train and support franchisees in executing their marketing strategies.  What We Offer:  Full training on our marketing processes and how to support franchisees effectively.  Opportunity to work with a fast-growing franchise system that has been ranked among the top for 2024.  A dynamic, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth.  If you re a marketing professional who loves helping businesses succeed and thrive, we d love to hear from you!
