Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients through phone and Zoom consultations Deliver professional customer support and benefit guidance Build and maintain long-term client relationships Assist clients with policy information, enrollment, and follow-up support Participate in ongoing training and leadership development sessions Collaborate with team members in a supportive remote environment What We’re Looking For Successful candidates typically demonstrate: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivation and strong work ethic Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely Adaptability in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Commitment to professionalism and customer service excellence Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful, but not required.
