Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret intricate data sets to deliver valuable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT asset management processes. Utilize industry-standard tools such as MS Power BI and ServiceNow for effective data management. Required Skills Strong proficiency in data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis. Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Power BI. Familiarity with ServiceNow (including HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and CMDB) and Splunk (preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Understanding of System/Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management methodologies. Knowledge of Finance and Procurement processes (accounts payable, depreciation, net book value, fixed assets). A proactive mindset towards process improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst. A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
