Key Responsibilities

  • Spreadsheet Creation & Maintenance: Build, populate, and maintain complex Excel workbooks that track large data sets, ensuring formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting are correctly applied.
  • Data Verification & Quality Assurance: Cross‑check entered data against source documents, flag inconsistencies, and perform corrective actions to uphold data integrity.

  • Data Retrieval & Reporting: Respond promptly to internal requests for specific data extracts, generating reports that support operational and strategic decision‑making.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 1‑2 years as a data entry clerk, transcriptionist, or in a comparable role where accuracy was paramount.
  • Typing Proficiency: Ability to type at least 70 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy; touch‑typing skills are strongly preferred.
