Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative who will excel in both live‑chat and phone interactions. In this fully remote position, you will be the voice and digital presence of arenaflex, handling inbound inquiries, conducting outbound follow‑ups, and driving upsell opportunities. Your ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and build genuine rapport will directly influence customer satisfaction and the company’s bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to live‑chat messages, providing accurate information and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Handle inbound phone calls with professionalism, ensuring each customer feels heard and valued.
  • Conduct outbound calls to:
    • Perform post‑interaction quality checks on the previous day’s contacts.
    • Schedule maintenance visits for existing customers.
    • Present promotional offers and upsell relevant products or services.
  • Follow up on both positive and negative reviews, turning feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, product, and technical support—to resolve complex issues.
  • Continuously meet or exceed performance metrics such as average handling time, first‑contact resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, coaching calls, and knowledge‑sharing forums to stay current on product updates and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a customer service or call‑center environment, preferably with live‑chat exposure.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple simultaneous conversations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and empathetic tone.
  • Proven track record of teamwork, reliability, and a conscientious work ethic.
