Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) for various platforms.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout).
  • Analyze social media campaigns and overall performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create a consistent brand voice and message across all marketing channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders relevant to our industry. Required Skills
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 3 years).
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, including writing, editing, and visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a creative mindset.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with video content creation and editing for social media.
