[Remote] Senior Full stack Engineer - Growth

ActiveSoft, Inc is one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in the world, seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to drive their product-led growth initiatives. The role involves owning the full-stack engineering for various growth surfaces, running A/B experiments, and building internal tools to support the product growth team.
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on in-product growth surfaces: onboarding, activation flows, upgrade prompts, usage dashboards, and feature discovery
- Own the playground — Client's highest-leverage conversion surface — making it faster and easier for developers to go from trying to using
- Ship conversion landing pages end-to-end (partner integrations, comparisons, use cases, campaign pages) with full frontend, backend, and data layer ownership
- Build internal tooling that the product growth team actually uses daily — dashboards, outreach interfaces, triage tools
- Run real A/B experiments, instrument everything you ship, and own the outcome — not just what shipped, but whether the number moved
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack growth engineering as an IC at an early or growth-startup
- Senior full-stack engineer: production-grade React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node — has owned features end-to-end, not just frontend or just backend
- Growth instinct: thinks in funnels, activation curves, and conversion rates; cares about moving the number, not just shipping the feature
- AI-native: uses Claude, Copilot, Cursor or equivalent as daily core infrastructure — not occasionally; has built personal tools or production features with LLMs
- Ship-first temperament: would rather ship 4 experiments this week than 1 polished feature next month; operates without specs or PM hand-holding
- Experience at a developer-tools or SaaS startup (seed to Series C); comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of a $5M–$50M ARR company
- Tech stack: React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, Vercel, Anthropic Claude API
