[Remote] Business Development Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NETIO products a.s. develops intelligent PDUs and remote power management solutions used worldwide in various applications. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their network across North America by creating opportunities and building relationships with distributors and key customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute NETIO's North American business development strategy
- Identify, engage, and recruit new distributors, dealers, integrators, consultants, and strategic partners
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities across the Pro AV, digital signage, LED wall, and control system markets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the AV ecosystem
- Support channel partners with product training, business development activities, and joint customer engagement
- Work closely with distributors and integration partners to drive adoption and revenue growth
- Represent NETIO at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and customer visits, including InfoComm and regional AV events
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to leadership and product management
- Collaborate with marketing on demand-generation activities, partner campaigns, and lead development
Skills
- 5+ years of business development, channel sales, or strategic account development experience
- Experience in Pro AV, digital signage, control systems, power infrastructure, networking, or related technology markets
- Proven track record of generating new business and consistently achieving growth targets
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to open doors and create opportunities independently
- Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions to both business and technical audiences
- Comfortable discussing intelligent PDUs, remote power management, networking, automation, and system integration concepts
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a large geographic territory independently
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout North America
- Existing relationships within the North American Pro AV channel
- Experience working for an AV integrator, AV distributor, or AV manufacturer
- Experience with any brand of intelligent PDUs, digital signage systems or LED wall ecosystems
- Experience developing distributor and channel partner networks
- Experience working with both US and Canadian markets
