[Remote] Data Migration Analyst

NikoHealth is a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming how Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers operate. They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Migration Analyst to ensure a smooth and successful migration experience for customers moving from legacy platforms into their solution. The role involves managing data migrations, collaborating with teams for data accuracy, and providing customer support during transitions.
Responsibilities
- Map, extract, cleanse, and transform data (patients, inventory, claims, orders, payers, etc
- Lead and manage full-cycle data migrations from legacy DME or HME systems into NikoHealth’s platform
- Collaborate with implementation consultants and product teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies during migration
- Provide customer support and guidance during the transition process
- Assist with process documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or implementation at a SaaS or technology company
- Strong proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Excel, or other ETL platforms
- Experience mapping and transforming data between complex systems
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, CSV, and relational databases a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience migrating customers from legacy or on-premise systems into SaaS environments
- Exposure to data migration in healthcare
