[Remote] Full Stack Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Seneca Resources is seeking an experienced Software Developer III to support a newly awarded federal program focused on delivering mission-critical background investigation services for U.S. government agencies. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise applications, data solutions, and reporting capabilities in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom web-based applications using Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Framework technologies
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions based on business and technical requirements
• Create, modify, and enhance application functionality, user interfaces, and backend services
• Develop reusable code and software components that support enterprise application architecture
• Perform application testing, validation, and performance optimization activities
• Design and develop advanced T-SQL solutions including:
• Stored Procedures
• Functions
• Views
• Triggers
• Develop and optimize database structures, ETL processes, and data integration solutions
• Support data storage, retrieval, reporting, and system interoperability requirements
• Document data lineage, workflows, and technical processes to support compliance and governance standards
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Design datasets and reporting frameworks that support operational and business needs
• Improve reporting performance, usability, and data accuracy
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Analyze user requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical designs
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of application and database issues
• Recommend process improvements and technology enhancements that improve efficiency and system performance

Skills

• Must ALREADY possess and maintain a Top Secret eligible clearance
• U.S. citizen
• 7 years relevant work experience with BS/BA
• Experience supporting and developing custom web-based applications
• 7+ years of experience Angular
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio
• 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server
• 5+ years of experience using Bootstrap UI, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Website design
• Experience in Cloud development
• Experience with Microsoft DevOps for workload planning and management
• Familiarity with secure software development practices in government or regulated environments
• Experience supporting federal, intelligence, defense, or public sector programs
