They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead heavy industrial construction projects, overseeing all aspects of project delivery including safety, scheduling, budgeting, and client management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of large-scale industrial construction projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost control
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and field operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- Identify and resolve project risks and challenges
Skills
- 10+ years of project management experience in heavy industrial construction
- Proven track record delivering complex industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and contract management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Midwest
