[Remote] MSP Recruiter

Premier Staffing Solution is seeking a results-driven IT/Engineering Recruiter with a strong background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT and engineering talent while collaborating with MSPs to meet client staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT and engineering roles, including software engineers, network administrators, DevOps specialists, and other technical positions
- Leverage advanced recruiting tools, job boards, social media platforms, and networking to attract top-tier candidates
- Collaborate with MSPs to understand client staffing needs and fulfill requisitions effectively within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure adherence to MSP processes, documentation, and reporting requirements
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals
- Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and MSP program representatives
- Provide regular updates and reporting on candidate pipelines, recruiting metrics, and requisition status
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT and engineering recruitment
- Continuously refine recruiting strategies to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and increase placement success rates
Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience in IT/engineering fields, with a strong emphasis on MSP staffing
- Demonstrated success in fulfilling high-volume and niche technical requisitions under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MSP Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms
- Deep understanding of IT/engineering roles, technical skills, and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for talent acquisition
- Experience working with global MSPs or RPOs
- Familiarity with compliance requirements related to IT staffing, including contractor classification and international hiring
- Technical certifications or educational background in IT or engineering is a plus
