[Remote] Facilities Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HCA Healthcare is devoted to giving back to the community and is seeking a Facilities Project Manager. This role involves planning and executing various construction and renovation projects while ensuring adherence to budget and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership on construction projects to include collaborating with facility administration, department leadership and staff, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other involved parties
- Ensures adherence to the budget and schedule and, when unexpected complications or issues arise, makes quick and necessary adjustments
- Plans, coordinates, organizes, oversees, and directs activities regarding the construction and maintenance of assigned structures, facilities, and systems using E-builder software
- Ensure safety standards and guidelines are followed on the jobsite and that all safety codes are met in construction
- Assess, develop and monitor pre-construction risk assessments; infection control risk assessments; and interim life safety assessments for all projects ensuring the processes are documented and monitoring at the required intervals is completed and documented
- Review project scope documentation and solicit and evaluate bids
- Oversees contract negotiations, revisions, and additions and adherence by all parties related to safety, security, facilities, and construction
- Managing new construction buildouts, staying within budget, and on time/in scope of original project
Skills
- 7 years of project management experience
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree
- Project management certification
- OSHA Safety Certification
