[Remote] Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Medasource is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to support the design, development, and optimization of enterprise marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The role involves collaborating with marketing, CRM, analytics, and engineering teams to implement scalable, data-driven engagement programs across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions supporting enterprise marketing and customer engagement programs
- Build and maintain multi-channel customer journeys using Journey Builder across email, SMS, and digital marketing channels
- Develop dynamic email templates and landing pages using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS
- Configure and manage Automation Studio workflows for segmentation, data ingestion, and campaign execution
- Build SQL queries and data models within Marketing Cloud to support segmentation and campaign targeting
- Implement and maintain Marketing Cloud Connect integrations with Salesforce CRM
- Support API integrations between Marketing Cloud and external platforms including CRM, CDP, and analytics tools
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate campaign requirements into scalable technical implementations
- Perform testing, QA, and troubleshooting of campaigns, automation workflows, and integrations
- Ensure marketing solutions align with security, privacy, and data governance standards
Skills
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder
- Experience developing with AMPscript and SQL within Marketing Cloud
- Experience building dynamic email templates and personalization logic
- Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM using Marketing Cloud Connect
- Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of customer data models and segmentation strategies
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Consultant certification
- Experience with Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, or Personalization (Interaction Studio)
- Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, CDPs)
- Experience supporting enterprise healthcare or regulated environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP)
- Experience building API-triggered or event-driven marketing journeys
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale marketing automation programs
