  • Experience designing and implementing healthcare interoperability solutions
  • Proven experience supporting CMS interoperability initiatives
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange standards
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring analysts/developers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Skills

  • 10+ years of Healthcare IT experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise with HL7 FHIR architecture and implementation
  • Experience designing and implementing healthcare interoperability solutions
  • Proven experience supporting CMS interoperability initiatives
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange standards
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring analysts/developers
