[Remote] Head of Growth
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dimond Connect is a client in the health and personal care industry looking for a Head of Growth. This hands-on role involves developing growth strategies, optimizing email marketing, and leveraging analytics to drive revenue and enhance the marketing function.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build new acquisition funnels and conversion experiments across channels
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across the entire funnel
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and own the roadmap to fix them
- Document learnings and build a culture of structured experimentation across the team
- Build and optimize lifecycle email programs including welcome, nurture, and winback sequences
- Drive revenue from our existing customer base through smart segmentation and personalization
- Contribute to creative strategy for paid channels
- Mock up and build landing pages using AI tools or platforms such as Webflow
- Produce conversion-focused creative assets in collaboration with the team
- Own growth dashboards and produce clear monthly and quarterly performance reports
- Set goals and OKRs and ensure the team is tracking toward them over time
- Translate data into actionable recommendations and remain agile enough to shift strategy when needed
- Leverage AI tools for creative automation and to build scalable systems for ad creative production
- Explore automated approaches to reporting and operational workflows
- Stay ahead of the curve on how AI is reshaping performance marketing and DTC as a whole
Skills
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience in a DTC or e-commerce environment
- A proven track record of managing and scaling brands at meaningful revenue levels
- A self-starter who can operate without established processes and build them from the ground up
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in key performance metrics including ROAS, LTV, CAC, and CVR
- Experience designing and running structured experiments
- Comfort with landing page creation and design, including using AI-powered or no-code tools
- Email marketing skills, you have built flows and sequences
- Clear, concise communicator, written and verbal
- Experience in health, beauty, wellness, or skincare categories
- Background in subscription ecommerce
- Experience scaling a brand from early traction through to significant, sustained revenue
