[Remote] Senior Enterprise Application Analyst (Infor HR Talent and Payroll)

They are seeking a Senior Enterprise Application Analyst with expertise in HR and Payroll systems, specifically within the Infor HCM CloudSuite environment, to support and optimize their HR and Payroll systems.
Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support Infor HCM modules, including Candidate Experience, Talent Acquisition and Transition Management, Global HR, Compensation, Benefits, Goals and Performance, and Payroll
- Provide functional and technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues across HR and Payroll applications. Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to gather business requirements, translate, and develop them into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain functional and technical documentation. Lead and participate in system testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Support data migration, integration, and system enhancements across HR and Payroll systems
- Deliver end-user training and ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption. Stay current with Infor Cloud Suite updates, features, and best practices. Ensure systems adhere to data security, compliance, and privacy standards, especially for Payroll data. Support cross-functional initiatives impacting HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Management
- Partner with IT teams on system integrations, architecture, and performance optimization. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR and Payroll technology
- Hands-on experience supporting end-to-end HR and Payroll systems, including: Candidate Experience, Infor Talent Acquisition and Transition Management, Talent Science, Global HR, Experience with additional Infor modules including: Performance Management, Goal Management, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation & Merit, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Proficiency with Infor CloudSuite tools and OS Platform components, including: Infor Process Designer (IPD), Process Server Administration, Job Console, Configuration Console (LPL coding), Infor Spreadsheet Designer (ISD), File Creation Utility (FCU), UI Access Policy (security configuration and role-based access control), Infor Data Lake, Replication Sets, API integrations and calls, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Business class configuration, list views, and personalization
- Strong knowledge of Infor HCM functional and technical configuration across HR and Payroll modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an IT environment. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
Skills
- At least 4 years work related experience required
- Project management experience required
- Direct experience related to same or similar systems installed at Children's required
- Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Enterprise App Analysts supporting software must demonstrate competency in software used in their role. All training and testing applicable to the role must be successfully completed and passed within 90 days of employment. Continuing education requirements must be completed and maintained for applications applicable to the role. Required
- If an internal candidate, 4 years of direct application experience overrides the need for a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong blend of functional HR and Payroll knowledge along with technical expertise within the Infor HCM CloudSuite environment
- Strong knowledge of Infor HCM functional and technical configuration across HR and Payroll modules
