The intern will collaborate with various marketing teams to develop strategies, analyze customer behavior, and ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic marketing recommendations to support business growth
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and audience insights
• Identify opportunities to increase awareness, inquiries, bookings, and customer retention
• Assist with annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing planning
• Develop marketing roadmaps and strategic initiatives
• Recommend priorities based on business goals and available resources
• Develop customer personas and target audience profiles
• Analyze customer needs, motivations, and purchasing behaviors
• Identify key customer segments and growth opportunities
• Evaluate customer journeys and conversion pathways
• Recommend strategies to improve customer experiences
• Help define and strengthen brand positioning
• Develop messaging recommendations across marketing channels
• Ensure brand consistency across campaigns and customer touchpoints
• Analyze competitor positioning and differentiation opportunities
• Support long term brand development initiatives
• Partner with the PERFORMANCE MARKETING INTERN to review campaign performance data
• Identify optimization opportunities
• Evaluate advertising strategies
• Recommend audience targeting improvements
• Support lead generation and conversion strategies
• Assist with reporting and performance reviews
• Partner with the DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN to develop content marketing strategies
• Align content with business objectives

• Assist with content planning and scheduling recommendations
• Partner with the DIGITAL MARKETING DESIGNER INTERN to recommend creative campaign concepts
• Ensure visual assets support marketing objectives

• Provide direction on audience focused messaging
• Support campaign creative planning
• Partner with the BRANDING INTERN to refine brand positioning and messaging
• Evaluate customer perceptions and brand awareness
• Support brand identity initiatives
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand recognition
• Recommend improvements to customer touchpoints
• Partner with the PRODUCT DESIGN INTERN to review website user experiences
• Analyze customer journeys and conversion paths
• Recommend improvements for website usability
• Support service page optimization
• Align website experiences with marketing objectives
• Conduct competitor research and industry analysis
• Monitor photography, marketing, and creative industry trends
• Identify new business opportunities
• Research successful marketing strategies from leading brands
• Present findings and recommendations
• Create strategic reports and presentations
• Present findings during team meetings
