[Remote] Tech Sales Representative

The Tech Sales Representative will identify and close opportunities with businesses, crafting compelling narratives and building long-term relationships to drive sustainable growth for the company and value for clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue through client acquisition
- Develop and manage sales pipelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on product offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Skills
- You have 2+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales with a consistent track record of hitting quota
- You are comfortable with commission based compensation
- You are comfortable with the full sales cycle, from prospecting and demo to negotiation and close
- You can communicate complex technical products simply and compellingly
- You are proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- You are self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in an async-first environment
- You listen actively and solve for the customer's actual problem, not just the sale
- You have sold to enterprise clients and navigated multi-stakeholder buying processes
- You have experience in a technical domain (Development Service, SaaS, fintech, developer tools) and can hold your own in product conversations
- You have built a sales playbook, territory strategy, or SDR team from scratch
- You bring an existing network or book of business in relevant verticals
- You use data to optimise your pipeline and can report on it clearly
