Key Responsibilities

  • Cold‑Calling Outreach: Promote the arenaflex Legal Program to prospective providers through strategic cold‑calling, highlighting the benefits of partnership.
  • Licensing Verification: Validate each provider’s professional licensing status by consulting state bar associations and other regulatory agencies.
  • Case Management: Maintain a caseload of 25+ active member inquiries, ensuring timely updates, accurate documentation, and seamless communication.
  • Recruitment & Partnerships: Drive referrals, secure network partnerships, and support special initiatives such as legal class requests and promotional assignments.
  • Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed arenaflex’s standards for provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, and turnaround times.
  • Communication Channels: Manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as email correspondence, delivering courteous and solution‑focused interactions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated compassion and professionalism in all communications, both internal and external.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.
